Hey, Ray, that is great. We can be connected with the computer. If you are on the computer maybe we can get Patty to go on. She's a hold out. To the years ahead, many blessings. And give Peggy my love. She looked good, really good: but we knew she still was in pain. May God help those doctors and give Peggy a break.

Love you and your,
Nancy and Ron

Hi this is Shain Goodman. I am Gary Goodman's son. I had a spinal cord stimulator put in on December 17th, 2008. I have major pain from my poly cystic kidney disease. Both of my kidney are at least twice the size of normal kidney. I have been dealing with pain ever since I could remember. I have been on a high dose of Fentanoyl. I had 2 trials for the stimulator and then had the permanent one put in, in decmber. I have felt pain reduction in the kidneys from a 8-9 out of 10 every day to a rating of 2-5 everyday. Even though this has dramatically reduced my kidney pain i still have daily pain at a rating of 4-7 everyday. I have been amazed at the reliefe in my kidney but unfortunently the stimulation does not stimulate the organs and muscle that the large kidney are putting preasure on. Also the stimulator doesnt do much for the break thru pain. That is when i have a cyst or multiple cyst's rupture. That is to much of a extreme pain. The surgery went well for me. I was really sore afterwards butthe doctor said that men always get more sore than the women. My email address is shian.goodman@elevationscu.com if you want to talk about the surgery or have any questions.
Thanks,
Shain

Ps. With love from the Goodman's

Wow Shain I had no idea that you dealt with so much pain and had surgery in December and that you looked at our O'Sullivan Blog. I think that is great!!

How are you and your beautiful wife doing? I had a great time in the summer with everyone. I hope one day we all could get together again and have some more of you Dad's stuffed Pork Chops.
YUMMY....

Your an amazing guy - I would have never guessed that you were in so much pain. I'm glad the surgery helped a little.

Kisses and hugs to all,
Joyce
