Well my sisters and brothers after 14 years of battling with Randy (aka Satan) he's gone out and bought Danielle, Deashia and I a HOUSE. NO JOKE.... Miracles DO happen!! He called me yesterday and said he completed the closing and after he puts in new windows, a new burner, 2 closets and railings around the outside deck and we’ve painted every room in the house which should take around a month or so and then it'll be a GO...
So by the end of the summer (which I don’t have the exact date) we will be doing our final move into our new HOUSE. I'm renting it with option to buy - Randy said when my bankruptcy gets off my credit report (in about 6 years) then we could buy it back from him and the house will be OURS. In the words of Mommy "God is good" I am in ore, in a daze, I can't believe it, in appreciation, in trust in a higher power, scared, happy, confused and just plain emotionally exhausted thinking about packing.
The house is small its a Cape Cod like Mommy's you go into the front door and the two bedrooms upstairs was turned into a 'one bedroom' apartment just like Stephen had in Sue & Pete's house. Then the main floor has a living room, eat in kitchen (I'm going to miss my dining room), bath and two bedrooms one for Deashia and one for Me. The downstairs is a finished basement and has a bedroom which Danielle will have. It also has a large room that she could turn into a family room and hang with her friends.
I guess that means for now Randy will be my Landlord LOL - WHO KNEW!!! We haven’t talked about my rent yet but I know he didn’t pay anymore then $258,000.00 for it and he also knows I don’t have any money. Well guys, I will NEVER say NEVER again…let this be a lesson to you all. Divorce your husband and one day he might buy you a house. He, he, he
P.S. This couldn’t have happened if I didn’t make my amends to him (and a little help from Diana) – I am certain of it!
P.S.S. Oh - did I mention the house is 2 houses down MY block across the street from me?
